Um, in all fairness plenty of singers have been compared to Kylie Minogue, from Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera to Katy Perry today. Rather than throwing shade, Kylie congratulated them for their success. That’s what female singers should do. Congratulate and support, not tear down.
